“EVERY CHILD DESERVES A CHAMPION IN THEIR LIVES, SOMEONE WHO BELIEVES IN THEM, WHO WILL LISTEN TO
THEM, AND WHO MAKES THEM A PRIORITY ……”
Mini Miracles staff are those individuals who invest their time, effort, energy and enthusiasm into the care and nurture of children attending our service, so that high quality recreational child care is provided in a safe, stimulating and caring environment, whilst at the same time providing an opportunity for children to feel valued and heard. Within this environment, the rights of the individual are respected, the needs of middle childhood are acknowledged, and children are assisted to develop their confidence and abilities within daily social interactions.
Mini Miracles treat each child as an individual and will support all children to be included in our program and routines. Our educators work together with families.
Our aim is to provide a program which recognises that Australia is a multicultural society where different ethnic groups co-exist harmoniously, free to maintain and practice their language
Parents/caregivers will be encouraged to participate in the centre program and introduce their cultures/food/craft/dress to the other enrolled children in our centres.
As a progressive, growing organisation, we are always looking for staff that have the same commitment to children’s needs as we do. If our philosophy aligns with your aim as a child care worker, we would love to hear from you. Please email your resume to:

Mini Miracles operates with an open door policy. Families are welcome at any time to meet with educators or view their child’s progress. Parents and family members are invited to share their skills, occupation or hobbies that can be included in our program upon provision of a working with children’s check. Family feedback is welcome at all times in a variety of formats such as surveys, our suggestion box, verbal communication and scheduled meetings.
