Mini Miracles staff observe a code of ethics relating to confidentiality, impartiality, tolerance and discipline, bearing in mind the responsibilities that have been entrusted to them as professional caregivers.
Staff are expected to behave in a professional manner whenever representing the company.
Staff attend regular parent/staff/committee meetings on Accreditation, and for Centre meetings to discuss specific aspects of the service.
All our staff have opportunities to persue further training, staff meetings when necessary, and conditions, which ensure a high standard of professionalism and efficiency.
Staff evaluations take place on a regular, twice annual basis.
